The keto diet isn’t popular because it’s “the latest thing.” Getting your body into ketosis is proven to help with overall health and to maximize fat burning. When you join the keto lifestyle, you won’t be doing it alone. Here are some names you may be familiar with that are all in on keto.

  • TIM TEBOW: pro football player turned outfielder for the New York Met, told GQ in February 2017 that he follows the Keto diet and loves avocados.

  • VANESSA HUDGENS: told People News in April 2017 that it is best to view food as fuel. Eating bacon in her keto diet plan helped her drop 20 lbs.

  • ALICIA VIKANDER : Started the keto diet two months before shooting Tomb Raider as Lara Croft. She told Popsugar in April 2018 that she ate a lot of fish, coconut oil and avocado along with low-carb veggies.

  • ADRIANA LIMA: Since her prep for the Victoria Secret Fashion Show, she has stuck to a keto diet according to Harper’s Bazaar September 2017.

  • LEBRON JAMES: Since the summer of 2014, Lebron’s been slimming down and beefing up, with keto as the reason. He told Sports Illustrated that he is not eating sugar or carbohydates.

  • KATIE COURIC In late August 2018 told Women’s Health she is enjoying incorporating more fat into her diet and that she initally experienced symptoms of the “keto flu” when she wasn’t able to get her ratios correct when initially starting the diet.

  • HALLE BERRY is not shy about her love of the keto diet. She told Byrdie.com exactly what she eats over a 24 hour period to give people a better view into what life on keto can look like.

  • KOURTNEY AND KIM KARDASHIAN have both told People in February 2018 and June 2016 that they love the keto diet. Kourtney is quoted as saying it was a” really positive experience”.

  • GWYNETH PALTROW is a fan of the keto diet as reported in Best Health mag.
